Features of XJV-2D blade splitting machine: 1. During the cutting process, the PCB does not move and the circular knife slides, ensuring that the electronic components of the substrate are not damaged due to movement. 2. The sliding speed of the circular knife can be adjusted. 3. Due to the depth of the V-groove and tool wear, the distance between the upper round knife and the lower straight knife can be accurately adjusted. 4. It can solve the problem of parts crossing super V-grooves to achieve board splitting. 5. Minimize the internal stress generated during plate cutting to avoid tin cracking. 6. The cutting speed is controlled by a knob, and the cutting stroke can be freely set with LCD display. 7. Conveyor belts can be installed as required to improve performance. 8. Three sets of electric eye protection to ensure safe production.
